Core Club

What is The Core Club?
The Core Club is about all thing to do with core strength and stability.
I developed the core club quite some years back to focus and develop awareness of a strong core, and to help highlight just what can go wrong if left to atrophy.
It has evolved into now an on-line training program designed to target different issues. I have programs for complete beginners, to hard core (pardon the pun) people that just want that ripped definition and just about everyone in between.
I assess posture, strength, range of movement/flexibility and lifestyle before setting to work on designing the best program for you. This takes place on a zoom call, unless of course you are local to me. I can also help with some nutrition changes if that is needed.
After an initial consultation, that is completely free, should you wish to join, you will be sent via email an invitation with a personal login to the Truecoach App. This is where all your prescribed sessions are up-loaded weekly.
All Clubs have weekly or bi-weekly catch-up calls with me, included in the price.



WHAT YOU GET

Personal and private TrueCoach App log-in with videos of all exercises.



The Core Club   Starters Club
This is where you start your journey to a stronger core.
The perfect place to start if you have back issues, glute atrophy, PFM weakness or have never done any kind of ab workout and have no idea as to where to start.
The programs are designed to be progressive, but only at your pace only. For home workouts or to take to the gym.

The Core Club   Advanced Club
This is where to further develop core strength at the next level.
Perfect for athletes that are missing that extra mid-section strength & conditioning focus in their chosen sport.
Want abs to have that ‘ripped’ definition? If you are prepared to put in the work that is needed this is the place to start.
Programming is bespoke and progressive and can be for home workouts or to take to the gym.

The Core Club   Mum’s Club
Expecting mum’s, new mum’s, older mums, or planning to be mom’s, this one is for you!
I can help get your tummy into shape wherever you are in your motherhood journey. I offer help, advice, (I have had 3 babies) and support, at the juncture you are at. With bespoke programming to help from your starting point.
I can also help with Diastasis Recti separation correction and PFM strengthening.

For home workouts or to take to the gym.
