Making Fitness Fun

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that I made some time ago and my mission is to help anyone make that lifestyle change for themselves, forever. I believe in making fitness pleasurable; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have a unique approach to training and like to work and develop my training programs to the individual needs of each client. After all no 2 people are the same!

I honestly think a PT or Coach should be above all else helpful and understanding of the wants, needs and goals of every individual.
I am regularly humbled, at the affect I have on the truly amazing people, their health, fitness, confidence, and wellbeing, I get to coach.
I have the most amazing job!

As a coach I personally prefer a well-balanced, well informed training program, that is adjusted over time to suit my everchanging goals. I also like to train like a beast, and feel every muscle that I work, sting.  But I also know this is not to everyone’s taste.

I like a simple, uncomplicated approach to nutrition, hate calorie counting and dislike even more the term ‘going on a diet’ Honestly all diet means is the food you eat in a day, week, month, or year. ‘Having a cheat day’ what the fuck! What or who are you cheating?

Using the word ‘treat’ to justify making food choices that you know are going to do nothing for you nutritionally and emotionally. My definition of a treat is new trainers, having a facial, or even better a new pair of boots.

But I also understand that for some this can be more challenging than going to the gym or hitting a workout at home. I’m not really into fasting or keto, but if I have a client that thinks it’s the way forward, of course I will 100% do everything I can to help make this work.

I don’t judge or criticize. There is no such thing as a silly question. All I want is to be the best personal trainer or coach to all my clients!
