Background

 

I have been Personal Training for over 2 years now. Having qualified though Lifetime Health & Fitness, having worked with some top personal training companies & trainers i decided to go it alone. CSPT has been running for over 6 months now & i have had some great success so far..... with clients reaching their weight loss goals, completing 10k races & pushing some amazing new weights to name afew examples of what my clients have achieved!!

 

I have worked in the fitness industry for almost 5 years now. Using the skills from being a exercise class teacher & a sports therapist as well as my personal training knowledge & training i feel i can train anyone at any level of fitness, age & their fitness goals.
